ERNiCrMo-15 is a premium-grade nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy welding wire developed specifically for joining Inconel 625LCF and other low-cycle fatigue (LCF) resistant alloys. With optimized composition for enhanced thermal fatigue performance, this wire offers superior durability in cyclic high-temperature environments.
It is suitable for TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) processes and ensures excellent arc stability, low spatter, and crack-resistant welds. ERNiCrMo-15 is widely used in the fabrication of furnace components, aircraft exhaust systems, chemical reactors, and nuclear containment parts subjected to frequent thermal cycling and mechanical strain.
Excellent resistance to low-cycle thermal fatigue cracking
Improved high-temperature mechanical strength and stability
Superior resistance to oxidation, carburization, and aggressive chemical attack
Smooth and clean weld bead with minimal spatter
Ideal for service temperatures up to 982°C (1800°F)
Enhanced metallurgical structure for improved weld durability
Excellent weldability on Inconel 625LCF and related alloys
Crack resistance under thermal/mechanical cycling
Conforms to AWS A5.14 specification for ERNiCrMo-15
